Megan France specializes in the intention of practicing leadership by developing leaders and organizations through Behavioral Intelligence training. She focuses on understanding and influencing behavior to improve communication, engagement, and performance at every level of an organization. With over 30 years of law enforcement public service experience, she brings practical leadership insight into every classroom from her years as a Master Certified Instructor, Assistant Special Agent in Charge, and Criminal Investigator.
Using relatable examples for any type of business, she shares her successes and her mistakes to help leaders learn practical and practicable skills they can apply immediately. Megan has trained leaders worldwide and is committed to helping every leader build clarity, confidence, and a lasting leadership legacy. Megan's instructional delivery approach is practical, engaging and often quite humorous.
Megan partners closely with each client to understand their people, challenges, and goals. She listens first, asks purposeful questions, and designs Behavioral Intelligence training that addresses the client's specific leadership challenges. Every solution is tailored—never off-the-shelf.
